Marco Polo may not be a World Tour surfer but he ousted one of the bigger names in Round Two when he eliminated Pancho Sullivan.

“It’s crazy, I had to try to run around the crowd there and they got kind of mad at me,” Slater said. “The waves were fun, we finally got some surf and I had a good heat and people are just going crazy right now.”
